	NGUYÊN TẮC 1 – Không học tự vựng một cách riêng lẻ Khi tìm thấy một từ mới, chúng ta không học riêng mình nó, không ghi chép lại chỉ một mình từ mới đó. Ta ghi lại cả câu, hoặc cả cụm chữ chứanó.Với việc làm như trên, ta cảm nhận được vai trò của từ này trong câu, thấy được mối tương quan giữa nó và các thành phần khác. Mặt khác, việc ghi nhớ cả câu giúp ta dễ dàng xây dựng trí nhớ hình ảnh, dẫn tới việc dễ dàng hình dung được ý nghĩa của từ.Một điều ích lợi nữa là ta học được cả văn phạm. Ta thấy được cách chia thì, chia thể của từ mới ấy trong ngữ cảnh của câu hay cụm chữ đó.Thí dụ: ta học được chữ “hate” (ghét) trong câu “He hates ice-cream”. Khi ghi nhớ cả câu văn này, ta có được một hình ảnh rõ ràng về ý nghĩa, vai trò của chữ “hate”. Ta cũng nhớ được cách chia của nó với chủ từ “he”. Lần sau, khi cần dùng tới, ta biết ngay là “He hates” chớ không phải “He hate” như khi học qua tự điển. NGUYÊN TẮC 2 – Không tập trung học về văn phạm Văn phạm rất cần thiết cho kỹ năng đọc và viết. Song, việc tập trung quánhiều vào văn phạm khi đàm thoại tiếng Anh là một việc tai hại.Khi đàm thoại tiếng Anh, nếu chú trọng văn phạm, chúng ta dễ đi vào hướng phân tích, suy xét về câu từ. Từ đó, chúng ta không thể nói và nghe tiếng Anh một cách tự nhiên, dễ dàng và mau chóng được.Khi viết, ta có thời giờ để nghĩ ngợi về cấu trúc văn phạm. Nếu sai chỗ nào, ta cũng có cơ hội sửa lại. Còn khi nghe, khi nói, ta không có thời giờ suy nghĩ. Ta nghe người đối thoại hỏi, và trả lời ngay tức thì. Ta không thể phân tích câu hỏi và suy nghĩ ra câu trả lời với các thì, thể,dạng, thức, v.v..Vậy, làm cách nào để biết được văn phạm? Câu trả lời là thông qua việc nghe. Chúng ta cần nghe thật nhiều, đặc biệt là các đoạn tiếng Anh đơn giản, không cầu kỳ phức tạp. Với cách đó, ta nắm bắt được đặc tính của văn phạm một cách tự nhiên như cái cách mà người bản xứ đã học từ thủa nhỏ. NGUYÊN TẮC 3 – Học bằng tai, không phải bằng mắt Ở trường, chúng ta được dạy với các giáo trình, với sách giáo khoa. Chúng ta thường được đọc các bài luận, học các đề mục văn phạm. Hầu như a chỉ đọc và đọc mà thôi! Song, để có được kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng Anh Ngữ, chúng ta phải vận dụng đến đôi tai nhiều hơn.Trên thực tế, có thể chúng ta giỏi văn phạm hơn cả người bản xứ. Thường thì họ không hiểu văn phạm nhiều và rõ như chúng ta. Cách họ học tiếng Anh là bằng việc lắng nghe nó mỗi ngày từ nhỏ tới lớn. Một điều rõ ràng là sau rốt họ dùng tiếng Anh tốt hơn chúng ta.Chúng ta cần tập nghe tiếng Anh mỗi ngày. Những bài chúng ta chọn nghe cần phải thật đơn giản và dễ hiểu. Ta cần phải hiểu được từ 90% trở lên nội dung của bài luyện nghe. Do đó đừng tìm những đoạn thoại phức tạp, hãy kiếm những đoạn đơn giản. NGUYÊN TẮC 4 – Học chậm mà chắc Khi chúng ta học Anh Ngữ ở trường, người ta thường đặt chúng ta trong một học trình. Thường thì chúng ta phải hoàn tất một giáo trình hay một tập sách trong thời gian ngắn ngủi. Luôn có áp lực bắt ta phải lướt qua các đề mục liên tiếp nhau. Tuần này ta học thời quá khứ, bước sang tuần kế tiếp dù chưa thông thời quá khứ ta đã phải học thời hiện tại hoàn thành. Ta không có dịp để thuần thục những gì đã học.Chúng ta cần học để hiểu kỹ và nhớ lâu, chứ không phải học thật nhanh. Do đó, khi đọc hay nghe một bài Anh Ngữ, hãy lặp đi lặp lại nhiều lần.Với một bài luyện nghe, ta nghe một lần không đủ. Năm lần không đủ. Mười lần vẫn chưa chắc đủ. Ta cần phải nghe năm mươi lần, một trăm lần hoặc hơn. Chừng nào chúng ta còn chưa nắm vững được nội dung của bài đàm thoại, chưa hiểu được ý nghĩa của tự vựng trong bài một cách tức thì mà không cần nỗ lực, chừng ấy ta còn phải nghe lại.Một điều nữa cũng khá quan trọng, là không bao giờ ngừng nghỉ. Hôm nay luyện, ngày mai tiếp tục luyện. Từ Thứ Hai tới Chủ Nhật, tuần này sang tuần khác. Chép bài đàm thoại vào điện thoại hay máy nghe MP3 và luyện nghe bất cứ lúc nào có thời gian. NGUYÊN TẮC 5 – Dùng các Point of View Stories Point of View Stories là những câu chuyện được kể lại nhiều lần qua những khía cạnh khác nhau. Sự khác biệt này có thể là khác về thì, về thể, về dạng, v.v. tùy theo yêu cầu.Thí dụ, cùng một câu chuyện được kể đi kể lại bốn lần trong bốn thời điểm khác nhau: hiện tại, năm trước, năm sau, từ trước tới nay. Ở mỗi phiên bản, nội dung được giữ nguyên nhưng văn phạm thì thay đổi.Việc chúng ta cần làm là luyện nghe các câu chuyện đó theo quy luật số 4. Chúng ta cần chú trọng nội dung của nó và không đặt nặng về văn phạm.Ta không nên suy nghĩ và nhắc nhở chính mình rằng phiên bản này dùng thì hiện tại, phiên bản nọ dùng thì quá khứ, v.v.. Chúng ta chỉ cần biếtrằng ở lần này người ta nói “this year”, lần sau họ nói “last year”, lần sau nữa là “next year” và sau rốt họ nói “since last year”. NGUYÊN TẮC 6 – Dùng các nội dung Anh Ngữ thật sự Hãy bỏ các cuốn giáo trình Anh Ngữ! Đừng đọc các bài luận trong sách giáo khoa. Và quên đi những đĩa CD đi kèm mấy cuốn sách ấy. Cái chúng tacần là nội dung Anh Ngữ thật sự, dành cho người nói tiếng Anh thật sự.Về đọc và viết, ta có thể tìm cách cuốn sách truyện, các tiểu thuyết Anh văn. Tùy theo ý muốn của mình, ta có thể chọn thể loại thích hợp. Người mới học nên chọn sách dành cho trẻ nhỏ; người đã có kỹ năng trung bình có thể xem sách cho thanh thiếu niên; người rành hơn có thể đọc tiểu thuyết.Về nghe và nói, ta có thể tìm xem các chương trình truyền hình, nghe các đài phát thanh tiếng Anh. Ta có thể xem phim, nghe nhạc, nghe tin tức, v.v. và cũng như trên, chọn bất cứ thể loại nào ta thích, bất cứ cấp độ nào ta nhận thấy thích hợp với trình độ của mình. Người mới học hoặc có trình độ trung bình có thể coi đài Disney; người có trình độ cao hơn thìcoi đài BBC, CNN, hoặc các đài phim ảnh, thể thao, âm nhạc.Bằng cách tìm nghe và đọc các nội dung Anh Ngữ thật sự, lựa chọn thể loại tùy theo sở thích của chính mình, ta sẽ thấy thoải mái và hứng thú hơn so với việc đọc các giáo trình tẻ nhạc và các đĩa CD kiểu “Hello, how are you? I’m fine, thank you.” Với tinh thần thoải mái, khả năng học hiểu của chúng ta sẽ cao hơn. NGUYÊN TẮC 7 – Lắng nghe và trả lời Cách dạy cũ mà ta thường thấy là lắng nghe và lặp lại. Người giáo viên đọc một câu và yêu cầu học viên lặp lại câu đó. Đây là một phương cách không mấy hữu hiệu. Hãy chuyển sang cách lắng nghe và trả lời. Chúng ta cần dùng những câu chuyện ngắn, đơn giản. Người giảng dạy sẽ đọc một câu kể về một chi tiết nào đó trong truyện, rồi đặt câu hỏi đơn giản về chi tiết đó. Người học sẽ trả lời câu hỏi đó một cách nhanh chóng. Cứ vậy cho tới khi kết thúc câu chuyện. Với phương pháp lắng nghe và lặp lại, người học không cần phải suy nghĩ. Còn ở phương pháp lắng nghe và trả lời, người học phải suy nghĩ. Bằng việc suy nghĩ để đưa ra câu trả lời, nội dung bài học sẽ dễ dàng đi vào tâm trí. This seems like a strange statement. Why do you need to use your body to learn English? The reason is simple, by using your body and emotions you can learn English 4-5 times faster! He found something quite amazing-- students who physically moved their bodies in class learned 4-5 times faster than students who sat still during class. Then, every time you hear that sentence, do the movement or gesture. When you do the movement, do it powerfully. Use all of your body and use a lot of energy. Posture is another important part of body and emotional mastery. Here is an interesting fact-- you learn faster and remember more when you have good posture. In other words, you learn faster when you hold your head high, your shoulders are back, your chest is up, and your body is strong and balanced. On the other hand, when you put your head down your energy decreases-- and you learn more slowly. When you let your shoulders drop forward you lose energy-- and you learn more slowly. So always keep your chest up, your shoulders back, and your head up while you listen to English lessons. This is simple, but very important. Oftentimes, we succeed when we believe we will succeed-- and we fail when we think we will fail. In other words, our Mind influences our learning ability. To learn faster and better, we must master our mind. Specifically, we must master our beliefs and our ideas. As a successful adult, you are highly intelligent. Yet, you probably have a lot of negative beliefs about your English learning ability. Some common negative beliefs include: * English speaking is difficult * Iʼm not good at English * Iʼm nervous when I speak English * I must speak English perfectly every time * I canʼt make mistakes * There is only one right answer * I must memorize and follow all grammar rules * People from my country canʼt speak English well * Itʼs impossible to speak English easily and quickly Where did these beliefs come from? For most people, these beliefs were created in school. Very few children believe these things. When I taught small children it was very easy, because they were fearless. They believed that English was fun (and I encouraged them to believe that). The children also believed that speaking English was easy. They never worried about mistakes. They werenʼt nervous. The children in my class gradually learned to speak with nearly perfect grammar, yet they never studied grammar rules. Unfortunately, in Middle School, High School, and University, most students learn new negative beliefs. Their teachers force the students to memorize grammar rules and take tests. Students learn to believe that there is only one right answer for every question. They learn to fear mistakes. In school, students are embarrassed to make mistakes-- and thus they fear speaking. By the time they are adults, most English speakers have many negative beliefs about speaking English. These beliefs destroy their confidence. These beliefs, therefore, destroy their motivation. Most adult English learners feel stressed and nervous. To speak English easily, you must DESTROY these negative beliefs! Tell yourself every day: These beliefs are wrong! These beliefs are bullshit! www.EffortlessEnglishClub.com Beliefs Visualization CANI Then replace your negative beliefs with positive ones. Each morning, say out loud “English speaking is easy!”, “Iʼm a great English speaker!”, and “Perfection equals death!”. Say these beliefs with a very strong voice. Yell them every morning. Then visualize yourself speaking English to a native speaker. See yourself speaking quickly and easily. See yourself smiling and standing strong as you speak. Imagine that situation every day and see it clearly. This small action will eventually change your beliefs completely. You will grow more confident. Learning will feel easier. In fact, research shows that people with optimistic beliefs succeed 45% more than people with negative beliefs. In other words, your beliefs influence your results. Positive beliefs create positive results. Negative beliefs create failure. Choose your positive beliefs, practice them every day, and make them stronger. Finally, there is one simple belief you can choose that will totally change your English learning. That is the belief in CANI. CANI is Constant And Never-Ending Improvement. Japanese call this idea “kaizen”. The belief of CANI means that you will speak English very easily by focusing on small improvements every day. Thatʼs right-- SMALL improvements. With CANI, your goal is to make a very tiny improvement each day. For example, maybe you will learn one new phrase or sentence each day. Maybe you will listen to one Effortless English Lesson each day. The point is- you focus on making just a tiny improvement-- but you must do it every day. This simple belief is powerful because it creates motivation. You feel more relaxed because itʼs easy to make tiny improvements. However, these tiny improvements add up. When you focus on CANI, you improve slowly at first... but your energy quickly grows and soon you are learning very fast. CANI (Constant And Never-Ending Improvement) feels easy and effortless. There is no stress. Yet each day your English speaking grows, and in 6 months you are speaking English easily and quickly. It seems to happen automatically. That is the power of CANI. So thatʼs it! Notice that I did not say “tell” a story. I donʼt tell the story, I “ask” it. In other words, I create a story by asking a large number of questions-- which you answer quickly. Most questions require only a one or two word answer. You donʼt need to answer using a full sentence-- you just shout a word or two. In the Mini-Story lesson, Iʼm constantly asking you questions. Because of this, you must always concentrate. You donʼt get bored because this is a very active way to learn. Another benefit of the questions is that you get a lot of repetition. You hear the important sentences and grammar many times. The questions and the repetition cause you to learn much faster and to remember forever. Research shows that students who use mini-story lessons learn faster and remember more than students using normal lessons. The mini-story lessons are the key to the Effortless English System-- use them every day. Our system uses another kind of powerful lesson to teach grammar: the Point of View (POV) lesson. In the Point of View (POV) lesson, I tell a story several times. Each time I tell the story, I change the grammar. For example, I might tell a story first using the present. Listen To a Vocabulary Lesson and a Mini-Story Lesson (same Lesson topic). As you listen, move/gesture to remember difficult sentences. Smile and create a strong posture always. Shout your answers to questions. (20-30 minutes) Going To Work (or Late Morning): 1. Listen to same Mini-Story lesson several times. If you are in a car or at home, shout your answers! Use gestures and movements for difficult words. (20 minutes) 2. Listen to Point of View lesson several times (same lesson topic). Smile. Strong posture. (10 minutes) Lunch Time 1. Listen to (and read) a Main Article lesson (same topic) several times. Smile. Strong Posture. Gesture when you hear your difficult words/phrases. (10-30 minutes) Going Home (or Early Evening) 1. One simple choice is to create your own. How can you do this? I recommend hiring a native speaker tutor. When you meet them, tell them about the Effortless English System. Tell them you want to use this system to learn. Then ask your tutor to create Mini-Story lessons and Point of View lessons for you. This is fairly simple to do-- just ask them to teach you using these techniques and record the lesson. Then you can listen to the lesson many times. Gradually, you can create your own library of Mini-Story and Point of View lessons. Since the tutor is creating these lessons only for you, ask them to focus on topics you enjoy. 	Nếu như bạn nào mới bắt đầu vs Effortless English thì cảm thấy rằng phương pháp này chỉ chú trọng đến nghe,nhưng qua tìm hiểu và thực tế khi học thì Phương pháp này khá toàn diện : Nghe ,noi, đọc, viêt. Trước tiên các bạn nghe bài audio khoảng 5 lần(nhớ là không nghe liên tục nhé) Sau đó chuyển sang phần vocalbulary (the same with audio) Tiếp theo là các bạn chuyển sang phần point of views (phần này sẽ giúp các bạn nắm chắc ngữ pháp hơn) Và cuối cùng là phần Mini-stories (phần này tập luyện cho các bạn khả năng phản xạ và speaking fluently) Ngoài ra còn có thêm phần Commentary (Phần này là phần bổ sung và mở rộng chủ đề , các bạn có thể nghe để tham khảo) Với phương pháp này , sau một khoảng tg tập luyện thật sư , khả năng nghe các bạn nâng cao rõ rệt, vốn từ vựng cũng k ít, khả năng phản xạ và speaking cũng improve rất nhiều.Tất nhiên khi đó các bạn có thể đọc các bài Text đi kèm và rèn kỹ năng dọc. Và càng đọc nhiều thì các bạn sẽ viết tốt hơn,đó là logic của pp này.M cũng bắt đầu được 1 tg nếu ai có thắc mắc j về pp thì pm m 0979901248 Chúc các bạn thành công !
